6 - PDSC form shows 4 skimmers. 2 skimmers installed. Feature pump with no label. HP on pump shows 2.25 THP. PDSC form indicates feature pump a 3210EE, 1 hp pump. Worst case scenario, pump is a 3220EE, 2 hp pump. Provide updated PDSC form for feature with correct model number. No suction hazard. Provide corrected PDSC form within 1 week or permit will be suspended. Intent to Suspend issued for the following: .2528 - eliminate foothold at gate latching mechanism; kick plate provide horizontal at <45"; plexiglass not secure in some places where horizontals at <45" .2518 - secure skimmer collars A return visit will be made in 30 days to verify completion of ITS items. If not corrected, permit will be suspended.
