Inspection completed with Mercedes Ortega present. Permit not issued due to items listed below. Correct these items before next inspection. Once items are corrected and fee is paid, contact Eli Freese at 704.621.2298 to schedule next inspection. 1. Maintain pH at 7.2 to 7.8. 2. Maintain emergency phone operational. 3. Maintain rope connected to ring buoy at 36 feet. 4. One equalizer line not plugged inside skimmer basket. 5. 3 out of 3 total missing weirs.
