Observed gate latch with openings greater than 1/2" within 18" of the latch mechanism. Openings closed during inspections. .2528(a) Access gates shall swing away from the pool and be self-latching, self-closing unless an attendant AND lifeguard are present. Observed gate near the chemical room not self closing and latching. CDI- Gate fixed during inspection.
