General Comments

POOL HAS PASSED INSPECTION AND BEEN ISSUED PERMIT DECAL. POST PERMIT DECAL AT THE POOL. THE PAPER PERMIT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS ON THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT POOL WEBSITE. POOL IS NOT APPROVED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING. Observed the violations from the previous visit corrected. Pool returned to “A” status. Pool has a deadline for replacing the vacuum line cap before 7/22/2026. Permit was issued. Ensure that the fence and gates have gaps no greater than 2” under them. Permit Restrictions: 1) Filtration pump flow meter must remain operable. Flow shall not exceed 138 gpm due to the flow restriction of the drain cover. Suction Hazard. 2) Skimmer diffuser must remain in place. 3) Feature pump must remain disabled due to suction hazard with drains. CPO is Yuself Anderson C-209064 from Pool & Hot Tub Alliance. Main Drains expire 9/1/2028. Inspection done with Michael Morsch
