General Comments

Inspection conducted with CPO Romulus Crowell. Observed new 2.5” flow meter installed on 2.5” return line. Clubhouse and restrooms recently remodeled. New restroom mirrors and showers installed. Did not go through in-field plan review. Prior to permit being issued, will need to provide documentation that mirrors are shatterproof or have safety backing, documentation for floor tiles that flooring is slip resistant, and show that flooring slopes to floor drains.
