General Comments-Employee health policy was not available, however, every employee was a Certified Food Protection Manager. Employees were also able to list every reportable symptom and illness, as well as several emerging illnesses. Employees were also able to accurately describe situations where restriction/exclusion would apply. A template of the agreement will be emailed to the PIC for future reference. -FD&C food coloring used per manufacturer's instructions. -No food prep occurred during inspection, as establishment is still operating at a reduced seasonal pace. -30 seats counted (permitted for 32). -Next inspection period is between July 2026 and January 2027.
