All furniture, mattresses, curtains, draperies, and other furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (a). Observed some bedroom furniture in poor repair. PIC said it is going to be discarded. Other bedroom furniture needs loose legs tightened and dresser needs refinishing. Make sure items in disrepair are removed from the house. |
