PIC stated that she opened this container on Sunday, 2/16, to prepare Penne a la Vodka.
CDI: Food employee wrote Sunday's date on the container.
Observed a container of cooked chicken parmesan not date-marked, stored in the same lowboy cooler as the heavy whipping cream.
PIC stated that she cooked the chicken parm on Sunday, 2/16.
CDI: PIC created date label for the cooked chicken parm.
