4-703.11 After cleaning, equipment, food contact surfaces, and utensils shall be sanitized using an approved method.-P. Observed expired bleach that tested at 0 ppm when made in sanitizing basin. CDI-PIC used bleach from visitor concession stand and tested at 200 ppm.
