Observed peeling wall behind chair in room 308. Observed black growth on bathroom ceiling, peeling paint on sliding bathroom door, and dust buildup in bathroom vent in room 309. Observed peeling/chipping door frames and stained carpets throughout building. Observed multiple leaks and big holes in laundry room ceiling. Observed heavy dust buildup on laundry equipment. REPEAT |
