3-203.12 Retain tag on the bag of shellstock until empty. Record date on the tag when the last shellstock from the container is used. Store tags in chronological order for 90 days. -Pf Observed several shellstock tags retained in July 2026 without a date recorded on tag of when the last shellstock item was used and a few tags being retained not in chronological order. CDI: PIC reorganized shellstock tags in chronological order and marked shellstock tags with last day of July to be retained. |
