15ANCAC 18A. 1824(k) A test kit or other device that measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided by the lodging establishment.
Observed sanitizer over 500 ppm QUAT. Observed facility does not have QUAT test strips only bleach test strips. Needs QUAT test strips and to adjust concentration of QUAT sanitizer to 200-500 ppm. |
