-EHS observed ceiling tiles throughout kitchen upstairs in disrepair with cover peeling. Some ceiling tiles have been taped. Any damaged or taped tiles are to be replaced with easily cleanable ceiling tiles. Tape is not an acceptable repair. Repair any damage including holes or cracks.
-Waitress station downstairs is missing numerous ceiling tiles. Replace missing ceiling tiles.
-EHS observed floor planks beginning to separate in the kitchen, exposing raw wood. Raw wood is an absorbent material that is not easily cleanable. Repair floor to eliminate gaps.
6-501.12 Physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.
