General CommentsEnsure that when transporting the sushi from the main kitchen to lighthouse, au bon pain, or port city java. That the food products temperature is taken before delivery and if not 41F degrees or below than cooled in the main kitchen with the sushi staff that prepared the product. Once it reaches 41F degrees or below all other establishment can pick up the sushi and take back to their own kitchen.
