The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608. Repair wall near entrance to bathroom( downstairs) and repaint/touch-up paint. Touch-up paint hand rail leading upstairs.
General Comment: #9. Replace damaged window blind in dining room area. |
