CDI- Education provided; manager was notified to keep monitoring employee handwashing behaviors and provide proper education when needed.

Observed man made holes on multiple container lids ( for accessibility to hang) on the wall. Lids are no longer smooth and easily cleanable. Soil debris or liquid can get into the container using lids with holes not made by manufacture. Observed blue wrapping on the side of microwave not completely removed, making surfaces of equipment not smooth and easily cleanable.

Observed the equipment throughout the kitchen with soiled residues: all cooler door gaskets under the prep line and chef drawers. Heavy burnt splash and grease residues under the heating food staging shelf. All microwave doors and handles are soiled with grease and food residues.
