When opened from its manufacturer packaging, stacking order applies in a freezer. Food should be stored in order of final cook temperature, with raw pork products being stored below ready to eat foods and raw beef being stored below vegetables. CDI: PIC rearranged the food correctly.

All quat sanitizers must be maintained between 200-400 ppm quat. CDI: PIC remade the sanitizer buckets to 400 ppm quat.
