Hot water is plumbed off of the hot water line leading from main 3-comp sink. When this sink is being used, it takes hot water from the system leading to new 3-comp sink. Additionally, on-demand hot water tank is set at 140F and with peak demands, an increase in water temp or an additional unit may be deemed necessary as volume increases. 5-103.11(B) - Capacity: Provide sufficient hot water to meet the peak hot water demands.-Pf CDI: Water reached min requirements once ran for about 10 minutes.
