15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed rusty light fixtures throughout all rooms inside bathrooms in need of repair/replacing (136, 223, 217, 308, 325, 413, 426).
Observed chairs inside numerous rooms (413, 308) with damaged chairs in need of replacing. Observed Fire Suppression systems in all rooms collected heavy grease build up in need of general cleaning. |
