Repair/replace the lids of the dumpster. Observed dumpster doors left opened when not in used. Keep all dumpster doors close after dumping trash to prevent insects/rodents harborage .

15A NCAC 18A .1827(g) A storage area shall be provided for building and ground maintenance tools and supplies and stored in a manner to aoid contamination of food and food contact surfaces, linen, and single-use articles. Observed boxes of single use articles and linen and pillows stored directly on the floor. Recommend to store all items off the floor at least 6 inches to prevent possible contamination. |
