Observed caulking loose around tub in room 335. Observed pitting in tub in room 105. Needs cleaning/repair. REPEAT
Note: 15A NCAC 18A .1826 (c) Sinks, vanities, toilets, and showers in guest rooms shall be cleaned and sanitized between guests. Observed no sanitizer on house keeping carts or at dispensers but large boxes of sanitizer in floor 2 storage closet. Manager stated facility has switched from their sanitizer and the labeling is now a sanitizer and disinfectant. |
