This requirement shall be effective one year after the effective date of this Rule. Observed no handwashing procedure or handsink installed in laundry room for employees handling soiled linens. Today, per Housekeeping Mgr, facility will implement washing hands in utility sink prior to handling clean linens.-0- |

Observed ripped shower curtain in Rooms 354, 323, 218 and 201. Observed initials carved in desk in 323. Clean and repair these areas. -0- |
