Ice guard on the inside had microbial growth along the guard edges. Guard cleaned, washed, rinsed and sanitized. Food prep sink vats had dried food residue present. Food trays found with build-up on the surfaces. All removed, cleaned, washed ,rinsed and sanitized. Clean the meat slicer around the blade and attachment surfaces. CDI. |
