Try to keep the ice off the boxes and if ice gets on the hermetically sealed food wipe outside of container with sanitizer solution and if any is open voluntary discarded it. Under the condenser pipes facility can place sheet pans over the boxes. |

3-302.15 Washing Fruits and Vegetables (C). Observed staff placing oranges that were in the orginal container from supplier being place in bags for field trip tomorrow. Staff said they had wash the oranges and did not have enough containers to place them in, so they put them back in the containers from the supplier. Educated staff that they don't need to place the oranges back in the containers from supplier due to these containers are considered to have contaminants in/on them. |
