General CommentsKitchen refrigerators are holding foods 41F today while kitchen ambient air temperature is 91F. Commercial refrigerators are tested to operate properly in kitchens between 80-100F. Strongly recommend repairing or replacing building air conditioning system so that kitchen temperature remains low enough to allow refrigerators to keep foods at 41F or below. PIC stated mini-split units are to be installed soon.
