General CommentsDuring inspection, observed an employee loading several boxes of raw chicken into the backseat of her car. When questioning management about this, the employee was taking raw chicken to another KFC establishment in Fayetteville. Discussed with PIC that some type of approved transport vehicle needs to be used to haul raw foods between establishments instead of using the backseat or trunk of an employees vehicle due to the potential of contamination from the vehicle or contamination of the person's vehicle with possible salmonella.

Observed ceiling tile that is not non-absorbent, smooth, and easily to clean at drive thru and dry storage are. Replace with non-absorbent, smooth, and easily to clean ceiling tile.
