Observed the KFC hot holding unit, both walk-in coolers, walk-in freezer, refrigerator, henny penny 990 units with torn/melted gaskets, gap between floor and door of chicken walk-in cooler, and all hot holding units missing door hinge covers. Replace/repair above equipment. Some hot holding unit gaskets melted; replace melted gaskets. Upright 2 door freezer gaskets in bad repair; replace. |

Walls/tiles need repair/repainting at can wash, front hand washing sink, drive-thru area (not smooth and easily to clean), inside of chicken walk-in cooler, near buffet bar, back door, and beside 3 comp. sink. Observed front hand sink coming from wall/uncaulked. Repair/repaint/replace/fix/re-caulk above items and any other areas of facility that is in bad repair. Bowing ceiling tiles; replace/repair. Lights not working in hood vent on right; repair lighting. Areas in kitchen in need of new grouting material around tiles.
