Inspection occurred at 1237 Harding PL, Charlotte, NC 28204 (Atrium Health Center) Location and Hours of Operation were provided directly by PIC via email, as well as StreetFoodFinder.com Note: EHS observed effective cooling of cooked food (Fried Chicken Legs) in standing RIC. Per conversation with PIC, food had been cooked at 9 a.m. in commissary and placed to cool on MFU. Though cooling was effective, cooling of prepared TCS foods is disallowed by MFU permit conditions; EHS advises that all cooling for food to be held on MFU be done prior to storage within MFU cold holding.

Once wet, wiping cloths are considered in use; store in properly concentrated sanitizer or place in used linens area accordingly.
