4-501.11 - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment: Observed that the fruit grab & go cooler was not holding temp at or below 41F. The ambient air was fluctuating between 44F - 47F throughout the inspection.
Equipment shall be maintained in good repair.
CDI - The PIC has a work order placed on the unit since Friday 2/13/2026 and has agreed to continue not putting TCS fruit in the cooler until it is fixed and holding at or below 41F. They are waiting on a part to arrive. |
