CDI- Staff is able to get sanitizer from the West Side. Quat sanitizer solution shall be at a minimum of 75F and between 200-400ppm in concentration. 4-602.11 Equipment Food-Contact Surfaces and Utensils - Frequency (C)- Observed on the East Side, some build-up on the ice bins. Needs to be cleaned. Equipment such as ice makers and bins shall be cleaned at a frequency to keep them clean.
