6-501.12 - Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions: All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair and shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products.
Some additional cleaning needed around baseboards under and behind equipment.
6-501.11 - Repairing: Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair.
The door closer for the rear exit door needs to be repaired/ replaced due to rust damage, and possible some warping keeping the door from self closing. Additionally the air vent over the 2 door reach in cooler has come partly detached and needs to be resealed. The ceiling above the Main make line needs to repainted & per PIC they are awaiting some repair work on the hood vent (1 of the fan motor is awaiting replacement, but the hood vent is still operating) and they plan to repaint during that process. |
