General Comments

Inspection completed with Eric Parker present. Note - observed wing nuts on body hook on inside of hook. Recommend moving excess bolt and wing nuts to outside of hook to prevent cut/gouge hazard. Permit conditions: 1. Pool not approved for salt as primary chlorination. 2. Signage must be posted in lounge areas to indicate that the public is entering the pool deck and no glass is permitted. 3. Polymeric sand must remain in place on brick pavers.
