General Comments

Inspection conducted with operator, Brandon. Immediate suspension of permit issued due to 0 ppm chlorine in pool and Kings III emergency phone system nable to be forwarded to local Charlotte 911. Pool closed with signs posted. Once pool chemistry is corrected and emergency phone is operating properly, call Hope McIntosh to schedule a re-visit. Night swimming is not approved. Note: Community name change from Madison Place Apartments to Indigo At Berewick.
