Ambient temperature of the unit was 39 degrees. Through conversation with the employees, EHS believes this is due to opening and closing of the cooler door during busy hours. CDI - Salsa was voluntarily discarded. EHS encourages employees to store all salsa in the much larger reach-in cooler.
