Observed 1 water fountain with low water pressure near classroom 222. *NOTE: Head Custodian, Mr. Black was present during time of inspection. Observed 1 stained ceiling tile across from boys restroom 393. Observed 1 stained ceiling tile near classroom 222. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. Observed carpet staining in media center. Observed markings on walling in restrooms sporadically throughout school building.
