Observed meals delivered by Alliance being brought to Pre-K coordinators office. Food must be dropped off at approved kitchen and temperatures taken before food is to be accepted. Cold foods <45F and hot foods >135F. Do not accept if foods aren’t in proper temperature range. CO alarms on order.
