23 - Chlorinator flow meter may be installed on incorrect line. Install per mfg. instructions. Contacted Pentair rep to verify where installation shall occur. May require repair if installed incorrectly. Will wait to hear back from rep. Will follow-up if needed. Intent to Suspend issued for: .2535 - maintain weekly total alkalinity checks .2523 - install no diving marker so legible .2528 - repair patio gates to ensure 45" between horizontals; eliminate foothold at GFCI .2518 - provide vent in skimmer lids per NSF approval.
