2-201.11 (A), B), (C), and (E) Responsibility of Permit Holder, Person in Charge and Conditional Employees - (P): Person in charge (PIC) shall ensure that all employees have been provided with the 5 symptoms and 6 illnesses that they must report in order to prevent transmission of foodborne illnesses. PIC (only person working today) was unable to locate the employee health policy today, but he was able to list the majority of the symptoms / illnesses. Another policy was provided that needs to be shown to any current or future employees. |
