Observed bag of Mozzarella Cheese in the WIC date marked for 9/2/26. Ensure RTE foods are discarding after 7 day window. All other foods in the facility had proper date marking. -CDI- Voluntarily discarded.

5-501.113(B) Keep dumpster, outside waste containers covered with tight-fitting lids or doors. Observed door on right most dumpster open. Ensure that all dumpster doors and lids are closed when not in use. -CDI- Doors closed.
5-501.114 Drains in dumpsters and waste containers shall have drain plugs in place. Observed dumpster plug missing on middle dumpster. -CDI- PIC replaced drain plug. |
