4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed ice machine leaking from the front panel. Observed left compartment of 3-comp sink does not hold water. CDI: PIC has already placed a work order in for the machine and for the sink. Maintenance is scheduled to come repair both issues. Ensure machine is properly repaired and that sink will hold water for proper washing. Facility is using dish machine for all dishes. |
