2-301.14 When to Wash (P) Observed an employee on the cook line grabbing food items with gloved hands to put on grill, then go grab some shrimp to prepare with out changing gloves and washing hands. Employees shall wash there hands during food preparation to prevent cross contamination when changing task, and/or before donning gloves to initiate a task involving working with food. PIC stopped employee before preparing shrimp and got him to change gloves and wash hands . Make sure staff are trained to change gloves and wash hands. |

6-501.11 Repairing - Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures - Methods (C) Observed right in side the females bathroom that floor feels like there is a hole/ soft spot. Also the there was an opening in the ceiling of dry storage area that cover has been removed. Premises shall be kept in good repair. Repair or replace as necessary as needed to fix floor and replace covering for hole in ceiling. |
