CDI-ALL TCS food items were voluntarily discarded and denatured. All non TCS foods were moved to other refrigeration units. PIC advised unit had been worked on previous day. EHS will be verify within 3 days that WIC is maintaining ambient temperature of 41 or below.

Equipment needs to be maintained in good repair and proper adjustment.
