Food shall be marked to indicate the time that is 4 hours past the point in time when the food is removed from temperature control. Pf Observed no times marked on food items held on TPHC. PIC stated items ate brought out at 6 am and thrown away at 10 am every day. Facility correctly using TPHC, but did not mark times. Facility in possession of TPHC procedures.
