*NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #11. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed aerosol disinfectant Lysols and cleaners stored on floor in unlocked teacher work room located on K2 hallway. EHS advises school to store toxic materials according to manufacturers guidance that states “keep out of reach of children”. *NOTE: Ms. Skye was present during time of inspection.
