General Comments- A cookline employee at the grill was observed with a cloth around their waste and was observed wiping their gloves off on the cloth. EHS instructed the employee that if they feel like they need to wipe their gloves off then they must conduct a glove change and handwash (if necessary based on the task being conducted). Cloth was then removed from the employees waist and employee also reminded to not use their aprons to wipe off the gloves. PIC informed of the situation and instructed to keep an eye on it going forward. Facility has not had a history of using wiping cloths to wipe their gloves off. PIC stated that this employee is new and from a different location and is still undergoing training from the kitchen manager to break old/bad habits.
