3-501.17 Date mark/label all TCS foods that are ready-to-eat once opened or prepared and held more than 24hrs. -Pf Observed salsa containers not DM. All other items in MFU DM. CDI-PIC added DM and explained they made them 2 days ago. REPEAT. No increase of points due to it only being 1 item.
