7-204.11 Provide sanitizer at correct concentrations, diluting as required.-P Observed sanitizer they were using at 0PPM of QAC, Bleach and sink/surface cleaner. PIC said it was from a vendor that makes their own. CDI-PIC voluntarily discarded cleaner, got bleach from the Pins and Mechanical restaurant and EHS/PIC made the correct strength cleaner (50PPM CL). |
