Observed 6 equalizers in skimmer baskets without plugs. According to PDSC form, establishment should have equalizers lines disabled and plugged.
EHS will follow up with CPO and ensure correction in coming week. CPO encouraged to reach out with any questions, or once completed.
CPO advised to ensure water is cleared from lines before plugging. |

Observed one push-bar latch mechanism gate onto pool deck self latch, but not self close.
Corrected- CPO tightens hinges and gate self closes, self locks. |
