Nonfood contact surfaces of equipment and Nonfood contact surfaces shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue and other debris and cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude the accumulation of such soil residues.
Build up observed on the underside of the storage racks above the prep station (near fryers), under racks in the lowboy freezers, and chicken thawing coolers. Increase the cleaning frequency to avoid build up. Clean the soap residue from the outer surface of metal pans. EHS suggest changing gloves before moving dishes to storage racks.

Re-caulk the splash guard at the hand sink in the drive thru. Water damaged ceiling tile observed in the dining area. Replace the damaged ceiling tile.
