General CommentsDiscussed with PIC and trailer will be brought by health dept for verification this week. Grade card was on shelf inside unit and PIC advised was removed when cleaning. This shall be displayed at all time to public view while in operation or an Intent to suspend will be issued. New grade card affixed on window.

Door also has a few small holes in the screen and needs to be repaired in another way without using duct tape.
