General Comments

Inspection with CPO Carlos Hernandez and Hardcor Coleman. Did not fully inspect grill area or doors leading to the pool deck near the grill area. Currently closed off. Ensure doors are self-closing and self-latching. Facility built without main drains to completely drain the pool. Will need to provide a sump pump to be able to drain the pool when needed. Pool did not pass pre-permit inspection 2) 5) 15) 16) Sump pump. There is a $100 re-inspection fee that must be paid prior to scheduling a re-inspection by calling our office (980-314-1620) and paying with a credit card.
